The key to rubber tube vulcanization label testing is label printing quality, adhesion fastness, vulcanization resistance, weather resistance, information compliance, and material safety. The following are testing methods that can be directly used for production quality inspection:
1. Appearance inspection
Check whether the content of the vulcanized label is complete, clear enough, and whether there are any position and size errors, missing printing, bubbles, color differences, etc.
2. Vulcanization test
According to the actual vulcanization process of rubber tubes (such as 150–180°C, 10–30min, 0.5–1.0MPa), put the labeled hose into the vulcanization tank and oven to simulate the production process.
Post-inspection: After cooling, check that the label has no discoloration, no stickiness, no blistering, no peeling, no bleeding, and the information is clear.

3. Temperature resistance test
Through high and low temperature cycle tests, it is determined that the vulcanized label has no brittleness, shrinkage, delamination, or discoloration.
4. Material composition analysis
According to the needs of different industries, the components of films and inks are tested.
Rubber tube vulcanization label testing focuses on vulcanization resistance, adhesion, wear resistance, environmental resistance, information compliance, and material safety. It requires a combination of visual inspection, instrumentation, simulated aging, and chemical analysis to make comprehensive judgments to ensure that the label is stable and reliable during the production and use cycle.
