The high temperature (often reaching 140–180°C), high humidity and rubber precipitates during the vulcanization process of rubber hoses can easily cause ordinary labels to fade, smudge, blur, or even completely fail. The entire batch of rubber hoses may face rework or customer rejection.

Why do rubber tube labels become blurry after vulcanization? The key to the problem lies in the resistance of the material and ink. We use imported high-quality PET/PP composite film base material, paired with high-temperature resistant ink specially designed for rubber vulcanization conditions, to ensure that labels can still be transferred cleanly, with bright colors, and will not fade or smudge in extreme environments. Even after long-term high-temperature steam vulcanization, key information such as batch number, QR code, and specifications are still clearly identifiable.
As a manufacturer with 20 years of experience in the industrial hose printing film industry, we know the erosion mechanism of plasticizers and vulcanization by-products in rubber on labels. All formulas are verified through multiple actual vulcanization tests to ensure long-term stability. Each batch of products is 100% fully inspected before leaving the factory, from printing accuracy to temperature resistance, to prevent any defective products from flowing into the customer's production line.
