Vulcanization purpose:
Through external shearing, high temperature causes the chain molecules in the rubber tube to cross-link into network molecules, strengthening its tensile strength, hardness, aging, elasticity and other properties to make it more valuable. In the vulcanizing machine, the hydraulic pipes will be cured at temperatures exceeding 145 degrees Celsius for varying lengths of time depending on size to form the final shape and tread pattern. The hot mold shapes and hardens the tire. When the machine is turned on, the tires will be rolled out of the mold and sent to final inspection on a long conveyor belt.
The meaning of the vulcanization label used in rubber tubes:
After the tire is formed, the barcode label is affixed to it and vulcanized so that it remains throughout the tire's life cycle, and raw data can be fed back at any time for quality assessment.
