What should you pay attention to when purchasing rubber hose vulcanized strips? The following pitfalls must be avoided.

1. Only look at the price but not the temperature resistance: If low-priced ordinary films can withstand temperatures above 160°C, they will definitely lose labels and stick to molds in large quantities, and the scrapping cost far exceeds the material money saved.

2. The film and ink are mixed and matched incorrectly: imported film with low-end domestic ink will still fade and deink.； Domestic films with imported inks cannot solve the problems of film shrinkage and poor release.

3. Only test the sample once before purchasing in bulk: It is recommended to test 3 different batches in a row to verify the stability of the batch (the batch difference of domestic membranes is the most obvious).

4. Ignore the film thickness: The thickness of the PET film used for vulcanized labels is 60um or 100um. If it is too thin, it will cause abnormal adaptation of the printing machine and vulcanization mold. Standard thickness is preferred.
