The color peeling off of the rubber hose vulcanization label when the film is peeled off is a long-standing problem in the hose industry. It not only affects the appearance of the product, but also leads to failure in acceptance. Why does this happen?

1. The rubber tube formula used does not adhere to the vulcanized label.
Different rubber tubes such as NR/NBR/CR/SBR/EPDM and other mixed rubbers will use different rubber label formulas, and the surfaces of different rubber materials will vary greatly.
2. Issues with the vulcanized label material used.
There is a big difference between imported vulcanized label materials and domestic materials. Imported films and imported inks have stable quality, do not deform or fade, and have better weather resistance. However, domestic materials are prone to shrinkage, edge warping, mold sticking, color loss, and burrs.
3. The user’s local ambient temperature problem.
The local ambient temperature of the user will also affect the vulcanization label of the rubber tube. If stored at high temperature for a long time, the label effect will appear to be missing and residual glue.
