Different from single-color vulcanization labels, large-area color vulcanization transfer labels place higher requirements on materials, processes and design. If early communication is not in place, problems such as color peeling, insufficient adhesion, fading at high temperatures, etc. may easily occur, which directly affects the delivery time of the hose and wastes materials.

Based on our 20 years of experience in rubber transfer logo production, we summarize these 5 points:

1. Use imported high-quality ink

Ordinary color inks tend to decompose and change color above 180°C. We use imported high-temperature-resistant environmentally friendly inks to ensure that bright colors such as red, blue, and yellow will not fade in the vulcanization temperature of 180°C, and the printing will be clear and the colors will be bright.

2. Use imported membrane materials

Ordinary film materials have poor ductility, which affects the adhesion effect of large color blocks. Large-area printing requires higher thermal stability of the base film. We choose high-quality imported PET film to avoid shrinkage during vulcanization, causing pattern cracking or edge warping.

3. The design needs to reserve a "safe margin"”

When the hose is attached to a curved surface, the edges of the pattern are easily stretched and deformed. Our design team will optimize the layout for free based on the diameter of the hose.

4. Multi-color overprinting accuracy determines professional feel

Low-precision printing will cause ghosting and misalignment. We use high-precision flexo printing equipment, and the overprint error is controlled within ±0.1mm to ensure that the LOGO is clear and sharp.

5. Be sure to make samples for testing under real working conditions.
